Virtual Assistant for Life Coaches
I used to be a programmer. Then I was a Life Coach. Life Coaches should ideally be spending their time coaching and marketing. I, however, found myself prefering to do all of the background work that coaches should not be spending their time on instead.
Since August 2007 I have been doing this work for other coaches, and getting paid for it!
I'd make a website for this business but I don't have the time. I'm too busy giving quality service to my clients, and as a result, my business has grown quickly by leaps and bounds with zero marketing on my part.
What I do: The tech side of the business (newsletters, online calendar systems, websites, blogs, info products, etc.), give feedback on growing their business, and edit their writing.
I am also moving into helping people with their ClickBank accounts - Getting more sales in less time for their passive revenue info products.
Life is good!

How had I gotten into the Life Coaching?
Let me tell you a little story.
I had a Bachelors of Computer Science degree, 6 years of I.T. experience, and a stable, secure job at IBM, with a very bright future ahead of me... and I quit.
On the outside, I smiled. On the inside, I was exhausted, depressed, disillusioned, and lost. I knew that working in the computer industry wasn't for me, but what could I do instead? It was all I knew how to do.
Through a lot of soul-searching, I found my interest was doing life coaching. I started off as a Stop Smoking Coach (read my story here), helping people who tried many ways to quit and failed do it for good, and branched out from there to do other types of coaching. While I put a pause on my business, my entrepreneurial spirit took me towards selling courses in the form of ebooks online, on topics such as the smoking and helping people to write great poetry.
